Any HYIP is a scam but some are scammier than others. Questra Holdings Inc, Questra World, Atlantic Global Asset Management (AGAM) are well known Ponzi-schemes disguised as an ‘investment projects’. They were founded by Alexander Prochukhan and Cheslav Pestyuk. We’ve got a reliable tip that both of them have changed names to continue their criminal activity. The new names are Alexander Pan and Alexander Konyukh respectively.
Alexander Prochukhan (now Alexander Pan) is well known fraudster. He was born in Ukrainian city of Vinnitsa in 1985. With the help of his ‘business’ partner Cheslav Pestyuk (Alexander Konyukh) he founded a chain of fake investment companies – Questra Holdings Inc, Questra World, Atlantic Global Asset Management and others. The sole purpose of the companies is defraud financially illiterate people.
The scheme is simple and uniform in every of the Prochukhan-Pestyuk company. After the ‘registration’ the new participant should transfer some amount to the ‘superiors’. After the payment is done he has right (and naivety) to await return from his or her ‘investment’. The system was multi-tiered and of course those who were closer to top got all the money. As any Ponzi-type fraud it operates only while the ‘investor’ inflow is steady. As soon as fraudsters are in shortage of new ‘clients’ it stops. Then Prochukhan and Pestyuk grab the money and hit the road. You would not believe how many people they were able to defraud!
Prochukhan (Pan) and Pestyuk (Konyukh) first project “Formula Deneg (Money Formula) was founded in 2012 and was very active in 2013. Ponzi has collapsed in 2014. Vast majority of ‘investors’ got next to nothing. After such success Pestyuk and Prochukhan started a series of the projects based on the same principle.
Evading the responsibility
In 2018 A. Prochukhan decided to change his name and get new passport. Ch. Pestyuk has done it somewhat earlier and changed his name to Konyukh. Prochukhan has taken the name Alexander Pan and requested a new international passport. He is registered in one of the Kiev upscale apartment complexes at Heroyev Stalingrada 2d. He bought the flat on a money he got from defrauded investors.
The picture shows Prochukhan (Pan) in a typical environment of kitschy luxury.
